This beautiful, festive wedding warmed us up! It was a lovely traditional affair, and with Ross and Catherine both being army officers, they chose to have a military wedding. It was held at McKee Barracks in Dublin, which made a gorgeous characterful venue allowing for a military union with traditional touches, which were beautifully captured by their photographer Livia Figueiredo. The couple completed the  wedding ceremony through the saber arch surrounded by happy friends and family, before being transported by a lovely vintage Rolls-Royce to the reception at Tankardstown House where they enjoyed more stunning photo opportunities in the surrounding gardens and grounds.

With all the smart military regalia, bridesmaids in green and the many stylish guests, it is safe to say there were some sharp dressers in this bridal party; and the bride and groom completely stole the show, with Ross even getting an outfit change in for the reception where he switched to a traditional kilt. For the ceremony, he looked the part in full military green uniform which was perfectly complimented by Catherine’s choice of the Clementina dress by Liliana Dabic. The vintage style champagne lace over luxury Duchess satin give this gown the wow-factor; scattered gold and silver embellishments make this gown something a little different and gave our bride a glamorous look with a full bridal ballgown silhouette.

Catherine told us she loved every second she spent wearing this wedding dress and we are thrilled to see how perfect she looked on the day. We helped her add some personal touches to her look, pairing this strapless gown with a matching bolero for extra coverage. Her long double layer veil was a nice addition for the traditional ceremony and we love the simple pearls she wore to match the beading in her bridal gown. For her bridal make-up Catherine, kept it fresh and natural and her hair was done in a modern chignon style, both by the Powder Room Girls based in Dublin.

Another beautiful La Novia real bride! We are delighted for the happy couple and wish them all the best.
